Qual é o ponto de melhoria?
Na sessão de instalação do django é preciso utilizar o pip3 e não somente pip

Como isso pode ser resolvido?
Mudar o código para isso aqui $ sudo pip3 install django==1.8.5

Quem poderia ajudar com isso?
