In [this run](https://github.com/Agoric/agoric-subql/actions/runs/12685874185) it took 17min. It never finishes in under 10min. The other jobs take <5min so if we could speed up liquidation indexing CI would finish ~3x faster. The main time cost is waiting for the liquidations to show up. Maybe we can use a base image in which they already have.
