Visualizations browser table sliding header

In the web browser version of the visualizations, could the header of the table where all of the parameters are listed be made to scroll down as the user scrolls, so they don't lose track of the order?

@jacuerp do we still want to do this or should we close this issue? I'm unclear where the wireframe stands right now.

@ethan92429 Right now the plan is to make the table a scrollable window embedded in the page, so the headers and navbar and scroll location will be stationary, while the data moves.
