[Bug] The `"normal"` option does not completely return the window to its normal state

• Python: 3.12.0
• OS: Windows11 23H2
• pywinstyles: 1.8

When you run the code like this:

import tkinter

import pywinstyles

root = tkinter.Tk()

pywinstyles.apply_style(root, "win7")
pywinstyles.apply_style(root, "normal")
pywinstyles.apply_style(root, "popup")

root.mainloop()

Your window will look like this:

There shouldn't be "win7" styling here. Other words, The "normal" option does not completely return the window to its normal state. It is possible that this is also the case with other options, I didn't do any more testing.
