Disable middle click paste when using "Middle click autoscroll" experiment #1082

Feature request is related to a problem:
There's a an experiment called "Middle click autoscroll" but it does not disable middle click paste in linux
Description:
Either the default behavior of the experiment to disable pasting on middle click or add a setting to disable middle click paste elsewhere.
I have read the FAQ.
And gone through existing issues, #199 was the issue that suggested the addition of this feature but the pasting was never resolved.
Machine details:
I feel i am running an unconventional setup for thorium as there doesn't seem to be official support.
