Inconsistent theming with "Enable thorium 2024 UI" Experiment

System Details

• Thorium version 130.0.6723.174 stable

Problem
The currently selected tab, taskbar, and background don't match the current theme, this was not the case a couple of updates ago.
The issue is present on windows as well as linux.
Tested on Windows, Ubuntu, And arch hyprland. in that order
