Anything below a table is not linked

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a table with a term below that should be linked, for instance the "drazhomir" term at the bottom

2. Run note linker - the name will not be linked.

Expected behavior
Both the scenarios below should yield a link with the note "drazhomir", but only scenario 2 does

Scenario 1: doesn't work
