Extrapolate the Haproxy logic,recipe and resource in a standalone cookbook
Run a first, successful converge on the standalone cookbook
Add Testing/Linting/Style checking
Refactor/Abstraction
Substitute the cookbook to the main repo
Publish in the Supermarket

apparently haproxy version is 1.4.22 , which is old.
Update it to at least 1.6.9 !
