I'm trying to reproduce models implemented in the epidemics R package. Part of this involves defining interventions that affect the parameters/states of a system at specific times. In general, these interventions could also be state-dependent, though the epidemics package doesn't implement that at present. Implementing these in the SciML ecosystem is straightforward e.g. using callbacks, though I like to think of interventions as an additional agent in the system that triggers events. Has there been any discussion for how interventions could be handled?
