Using Bibtex for citations

It looks like pandoc can convert between Bibtex and CSL-YAML or CSL-JSON which can give us better support for programmatic manipulation of bibliographies. https://pandoc.org/chunkedhtml-demo/9.1-specifying-bibliographic-data.html

So we could use a bibtex file for all the papers (managed by a shared zotero and better-bibtex plugin) and then use pandoc to export to CSL-YAML for the quarto system.
