Install/test query

I'm trying to install based on your example commands but it is not clear to me how.

Firstly the virtual environment part of the README has a typo (switched words env create)

mamba env create -n pangeblocks -f envs/snakemake.yml
mamba activate pangeblocks

But also it seems to only install snakemake rather than pangeblocks?

Is there a help menu?
How do I run the tests in the test directory?
