需要手动刷新，刷新之后即可同步；也可以设置较短的缓存过期时间 |

后台配置了天翼网盘，驱动使用的天翼网盘客户端。我在手机app端上删除文件之后，alist的天翼网盘里的资源不会跟着删除，当我重启alist服务器，alist的天翼网盘的资源才会没有
