Hand enemies in Stonar/Holidaius can be hurt at any time, not just when above ground #45

The hand enemies in Stonar can be shot at and killed regardless of whether or not they're currently above ground. Now, in fairness, this actually makes the level less aggravating than it originally was, but it's still probably something that should be fixed. This behavior also applies to the hand enemies in Holidaius.
