Describe the bug and reproduction steps

When submitting an initial query from the home screen, a brief flicker can be observed of the text

- Convert ChatInput to fully controlled component
- Implement proper state management in InteractiveChatBox
- Remove direct DOM manipulation
- Use React state for input clearing
