Bring OpenHands to feature parity with Suna, Manus and Devin:

• User-manageable knowledge retrieval
• Base snapshot management
• Runtime model switching
• Prompt advisor (how to prompt OpenHands for best performance, given the analysis of this prompt)
• Wage-parity tracker ("How much it would've costed if we did this with real developers?"), fully configurable for realistic wage
• Pluggable billers for self-hosted commercial usage
• Organisation management for team/organisation usage
• User-customisable task templates ("playbook")
• Automated repository indexer for knowledge management ("deep wiki")
• Chat Q&A service to perform natural language queries against code ("deep search")
• Task confidence scoring
• Multi-stage planner
• Pluggable multi-modal integration (video? audio?)
• Report creation

Thanks for putting this list together. I'll tag @jpelletier1 so he can take a look and see if most of these are noted.
However, this issue by itself isn't closable because there is so much in it. Once Joe takes a look and notes the issues, we might close it.
