Update readme of Altinn.Urn #291
Description
It looks like the readme of altinn-Urn is outdated.
The attribute [Urn] is renamed to KeyValueUrn and [UrnType] to [UrnKey].
While updating this I suggest also adding more info about the creation of urns. Does the creator of the partial record need to specify a static Create method? Or is this handled automatically?
