Expand GET notificationSettings response model with flag #567
Description
The response model from GET notification settings should be expanded with a flag to indicate that an address is not verified.
An idea is to use the VerifiedDateTime, but this might not be optimal as old addresses does not have a verifiedDatetime
The model is called NotificationSettingsResponse.
