Deliver Altinn 3 Profile Data to the Support Dashboard

Description

We must expose the Altinn 3 profile data needed by the Altinn Support Dashboard so the tool can operate without calling Altinn 2 (SBL Bridge). The epic covers the design and implementation of dedicated read-only API endpoints that consolidate person and organization profile information for support agents. When completed, the dashboard will only rely on Altinn Profile and Altinn 3 services, and the legacy Altinn 2 dependency can be decommissioned.

In scope

• Provide a complete set of Altinn 3 endpoints that the Support Dashboard can call instead of Altinn 2.
• Deliver documentation and OpenAPI descriptions so the dashboard team can switch with minimal rework.
• Ensure authorisation requirements for support agents are met.

Out of scope

• No changes to the Support Dashboard frontend/backend codebase (handled in its own repository).
