Description

The cards in the config panel consists of multiple variations of cards with slightly different layouts and styling.

As part of the UX cleanup we will create a new studio component StudioConfigCard and replace the current cards and make them controlled form and also make the UI consistent.

#16935: replaces text resource and data model bindings with new StudioConfigCard. There are more cards in config panel that should be replaced.

#16967 replaces image upload config card with StudioConfigCard.

There are several other cards left that can be replaced in the config panel. Configs that are objects.
