As a part of implementing the new code list API, we are creating a new code list page in the content library. This page must have the following functionality:

• Interface for viewing all code lists in the repository
• Button for adding a code list
• Button for uploading a code list
• Button for deleting a code list
• Interface for editing a code list
• Button for saving the current state
• Some graphical indicator for unsaved changes
