[Bug] Education Category, summary text box not auto-sizing. Create Button missing

Current Behavior

When you try to add something in the Education Category, when you paste something into the Summary Box, it does not auto-size and the Create button disappears. You can't scroll in this window

Expected Behavior

The summary box autosizes and you can press the button.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Education Category
Paste something into the Summary Box
Create button missing.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
