Dependency Groups

We currently have "categories" (like the "dev" in dev-requirements.{in,txt}), which correspond to extras.

Now there are dependency groups, though tooling support is still young or nonexistent so far.

So how should we handle them?

Probably in the form of:

• options to pypc, to specify which categories are extras vs dep groups
• anything else?

Still not sure how to best specify which req files are extras vs groups.
