Currently, the UI allows to enter only 1 skill at a time.
I suggest to search based on multiple skills i.e allow to enter multiple skills and search based on it.
If there are multiple skills, we can display persons matching either of the mentioned skills.

I can work on this if you're okay with the feature suggestion.
