[Bug] Self Hosted (Docker) - Unable to add functioning users

Describe the bug
Any users added are unable to access the application. Authentication works,

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the latest version via docker compose.
2. Create a new user in the web console
3. Login with this user

Expected behavior
Users added via web console are able to authenticate and access the web app.

Additional context

• Issue Bug: Blank workspace after first user registration on Docker #1535 's most recent comment may be related.
• Issue [Bug] Selfhosted. Workspace is not initialized when using password login via browser. No workspace or service found #1507 also seems related.
• Logging into the desktop app seems to work? But I can still not access the web app as these users after.
  • I also have not verified whether or not their data actually synced.

Update:
If I sign the user in using an OTP into the app it works.
Then they can access the web app.
My Magic links appear to be broken, but that is a different issue.

I had a similar issue. Try to following assuming you are creating users locally without Magic Link (i.e. using username/pwd):

1. Create a new user in the web (admin) console (i.e. admin interface).
2. Login with this new user via web (admin) console (not the app itself nor web app).
3. Out of web admin console (logged in with your newly created user), open the Appflowy app and login with your newly user.
   -> from there onwards you should be able to login with this newly created user via the app itself.

@firedfromlife I tested the latest versions of admin_frontend and appflowy-cloud. You can now create a user through the admin frontend, set a password for that user, and then use the same account to log in to both the web and desktop apps.
