[Bug] Filter are not highlighted anymore when used #8133

hello,
When filters are configured, the icon is not "colored" anymore.
It's disturbing to don't have anymore a colored icon for this.
How to Reproduce
Create a database
Configure filters
Loook
Expected Behavior
The icon shuold be colored in blue like it was the case before
