Can't create "Pull request" (no button to create after going to page)

As it's impossible to request to add a new AppImage to your list following steps this site, I'll do it here

As you can see, after click "Pull requests" and then button "New pull request", I can't do nothing

did you add the file in the /data folder like discribed here: https://github.com/AppImage/appimage.github.io#how-to-submit-appimages-to-the-catalog?
