Add snapshot 23w31a support

add `random` command
New form of the `execute` command: `execute if function`
New form of the `return` command: `return run`
Renamed `belowName` value in display slot argument in `scoreboard` command to `below_name`
and most importantly allow `macros` and line breaks with `\`
