Decay Items dropped in room

Items to be removed if they've been dropped and left for 7 days.

Crafted items should only last a set amount of ticks defined in the admin tool

potentially limit the amount of crafted items allowed in one room?

What if Mobs picked up left items? Then you could kill a mob and get those items too. Also when the mob dies or repops the items would be cleaned automatically. Just put a flag that they don't collect from "Donation" rooms.
