Server software and version

purpur 1.20.4

Expected behavior

Mining diamond ore only drops the loot I set up in roseloot.

Actual behavior

I modified the diamond ore drop with roseloot, but the mining skill sometimes makes the diamond ore drop an extra diamond

How to reproduce

Just Digging up diamond ores that have been modified by roseloot will drop additional diamonds when the mining skill is triggered

Even though I set the world rule doTileDrops to false, it still doesn't work!
