ArcturusNavigation/all_seaing_vehicle#107 should be merged at the latest immediately after this issue has been closed; we're currently ready to test a dual Nix-based and ROS-based deployment system on the robot (using https://github.com/ArcturusNavigation/all_seaing_vehicle/tree/q9i/nix-launch for now)
ArcturusNavigation/all_seaing_vehicle#107 might not be necessary after all; will test Nix deployment after issue with lidar_ld package in #6 is resolved
