Depricated Package on WiringPi

so I've noticed that in the latest iteration of RpiOS, the Wiring Pi is no longer included and certain cpp needs to be rewritten for the g++ to actually compile.

If you download the fork of Wiring Pi from GitHub and build it, you should fine the Arducam sample code compiles.
