接口明明不需要跨域，直接放在地址栏就能掉通， 为啥放在项目里就需要配置跨域呢

因为跨端口访问了

实际接口调用，也可能存在跨域问题。这样的情况下，设定为跨域保证了接口调用，避免了程序二次开发
