Welcome to the Oscar wiki. This is used to hash out functional spec for prospective features.

Working process for new features:

1. Discuss feature on mailing list
2. Once feature is agreed, create functional spec in the Wiki
3. Once spec has stabilised, create an issue and assign to a milestone
4. Once work on feature is complete, create a pull request
5. Once code review and adjustments are complete, merge to master
