Build UI tests for regions-ui #97
Description
Write playwright tests for “Region.tsx”;
general interaction tests, chart interactions, “year range” playback buttons.
“Regions.tsx” playwright tests exist (sorry it is just in a single large file, feel free to separate out the Leaflet mocking components so they can be reused elsewhere) in /tests/app.spec.ts for example WMS and other external API request mocking.
The intention is that these playwright tests will execute as part of CICD using only mocked data, and eventually be run in the test and prod environments on live data to compliment uptime.
