Hollow folder icons are visible if folder icons option is disabled #472

Describe the bug

The hollow version of the folder icons are visible if folder icons option is disabled.

To Reproduce

  1. Open project in IntelliJ
  2. Uncheck 'Enable Folder Icons' and keep 'Hollow Folders' checked
  3. Open any nested file in project

Expected Behavior

The plugin should hide the folder icon in hollow state. Please see attached screenshots.
