Organ scores with 3 staves result in mxl file with the 3rd stave as rythm.

I have this problem with pipeorgan music: the bass stave always result in a rythm instrument when I open the mxl in Musescore. I already selected 5 line standard staves in the preferences. So: are there any ideas for settings for organ music?
