Error when trying to launch the audiveris program

When I try to launch the audiveris program (with or without a java installation ) with nvda screenreader softwear, I get this error on windows.
Audiveris.exe dialog Failed to launch JVM
To Reproduce

just run the programitself.

Audiveris environment:

  when I try to run the application in console mode, it gives me errors on java access bridge not running.

Thank you for providing that solution. it helped; however, a problem that I'm seeing now is that there are no accessibilities built into the program what I mean is there is no accessibility measures built into the program which in itself creates and needs another issue

I don't understand what you mean with "accessibility measures". Could you elaborate?

FYI: I cannot run Windows 11, my PC is locked on Windows 10, thanks to Microsoft policy :-)
