Unlimited default memory usage

Describe the bug

Hi, I've noticed Audiveris frequently freezes because its memory usage is limited to 2 GB, which is a tiny portion of my 64 GB RAM. This causes CPU slow downs as the engine can't continue its process as normal.

To Reproduce

Try converting a large book and then export it to mxl

Expected behavior

The software should be able to utilize all the available memory and CPU by default
