How to create liver segmentation and liver tumor segmentation data?

How to create liver segmentation and liver tumor segmentation data? 

I need to do them separately and conduct separate evaluations of my model. 

Is there also a way to train them with a depth of 3 instead of 1?? (64, 64, 3) like this?
