Error in the Buying DAI/ETH Instructions

This is not true: "You can buy DAI and ETH securely through Portis, Fortmatic, or Torus."

Portis: I can only buy ETH.

Fortmatic: Does not support US residents.

Torus: relies on other services. I tried all five. It was complicated. I think two of them let US residents buy DAI if you can pass verification (I could not).
