订阅名称末尾含有半角空格会导致报错中断 #9

首先非常感谢作者！

赶在最后的这几个小时备份的时候，发现当订阅源的名称末尾有半角空格的时候，会报IO错误。
我的解决方法是把官方导出的subscriptions.xml直接用文本编辑器打开，把所有的

"

替换为

"

然后再重新导入即可
