Well...in first, sorry for my poor english...
I have been reading and thinking why so many 3ds are bricking with OTPless method...i have reading about the possibility of being menuhax the problem...but many users that bricked its units have said that they used a cartridge exploit as entrypoint....
I have two 3ds with luma and a9lh...both are working perfect but i have a bug that happens sometimes...having a cartridge in the slot , sometimes cannot boot into home menu...only black screens....the first time It happens i got nervous thinking my 3ds was bricked...the solution was get out the card of the slot and my 3ds was booting again...
I was thinking that this bug or problem could be the problem in the OTPless method because the console reboots in the middle of installation and if the console freeze for this bug that i comment...the result is brick...its a possibility that could be studied...maybe getting out the cartridge before install or something could help in not freezing in the reboots that safea9lhinstaller do...
Maybe a poll to ask people if they have a card inside the slot when installing and bricking...

A very good suggestion, we should aim to fill all holes.
