Screen turns glitchy...

I tried following the troubleshooting guide and asking for help in the 3ds hacking discord server. But nothing helped. After I pressed the select button, the console does not reboot and when I turn it off, I cant find the OTP.bin file in the folder.

Do you have the arm11.bin and arm9.bin on the root of the SD card?
Can you include a screenshot of the root of your SD card.

Also, do you see the "SafeArm9LoaderHax Installation" screen? Or is the screen glitched out (Black and white stripes)?

I got the glitchy screen as well...pressed select and nothing happened. Waited a few hours and it was still glitched out...i decided to reboot it but left the SD inside and BAM! It just stays at the black screen.
