Stuck on the SafeA9LHInstaller phase

Please help. I'm stuck on where it says SafeA9LHInstaller 3.0.4 (I Don't quite remember the version) and it says select to update and start to uninstall. After i've shut it down and started it back up, It goes back to the SafeA9LHInstaller Phase. Please help, i'm scared i've bricked my 3DS or something similar.

I'm a bit confused, your console boots up to the SafeA9LHInstaller screen?
Do you have your otp.bin on the "files9" folder? Also, is A9LH installed? You can check if its installed by holding down the "SELECT" button while booting the system.
