Wont boot after uninstalling

used this to uninstall arm9loaderhax on my new 3ds.

went through the process, pressed any button to shutdown.

now all I get is blue LED and black screen. booting without SD card makes no difference.

hold select when boot
Not hard brick
unless you see a blue screen
