Stuck on 2.1.0 Firmware!

I have downgraded to 2.1.0-4 Firmware following the (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezprzDkHie4) Guide. Im on an O3DS XL and I've followed the steps perfectly. The problem is. I can't continue to (12:25) in the Video listed above because I have Parental Controls on it (so I can't access Browser Settings) and I cannot remember the PIN. I've tried a lot of combinations of PIN's but none worked. When I hit "I Forgot" on the Parental Controls it freezes up. I Also can't restore back to my 11.2 Firmware because I can't start up the Payload [Using Power + Start OR Power + Select]. So now I'm stuck on Firmware 2.1.0-4E. I have tried updating the Payload, ARM9, A9LH and all sorts of things to get me back to 11.2 but it didn't work. If you can find a way for me to revert back to firmware 11.2 OR continue with the process of getting CFW by bypassing Parental Controls [Remember I can't do the I Forgot Method because it freezes up everytime I try.] So if there is anyway I can, PLEASE let me know. Edit: mega late i didnt read the post fully facepalm moment. I have an issue. You can probably just reset the whole console since its an o3ds. That usually wipes the parental control stuff. The discord and gbatemp stuff still applies.
