mayaUsdDuplicate - Instance

mayaUsdDuplicate doesn't seem to create instances, from instances create with /duplicate_special/ instance.
A def primitive is produce instead to a reference / instanceable=True setup.
An export made wtih mayaUSDExport command give the expected result.
