maya open file is very slow when load scnen

Describe the bug
when Maya opens files and progress is 99%, then executes the ls -type materialxStack -long; command many times after reading the text. Causes opening files very slow

Specs (if applicable):

• Maya version : Maya 2025.3
• Maya USD Version: 0.32.0
• LookdevXMaya Version: 1.6.0

Seems odd for this to be due to Maya USD itself. Feels more like something that could be coming from e.g. LookdevX? How sure are you this is due to Maya USD in particular?

I think lookdevx maybe cause that

Thank you for reporting. This was an issue in LookDevX 1.6 that was fixed in LookDevX 1.7; v1.7 which ships with Maya 2026+.
