Include latest multitasking implementation

Currently, multitasking is implemented as a preprocessing step where the duration of the activities performed concurrently by the same resource is divided, so that no activity overlaps another.

Extend current SIMOD with probabilistic multitasking, a more complex technique that assigns a maximum workload for each resource.
