Ugly asset naming

Currently, generated assets have a UUID as name, few features would be helpful here:

• When uploading an asset, remove the extension (csv, csv.gz, etc.) from the name.
• Give the user an option to name the produced asset when running a technique (show a model to establish the name, put a default one).
• Give the user an option to rename an existing asset.
• Improve the automated name generation. For example, taking the name of the input asset, and adding a suffix, e.g., if a log is named "Sample_Log", propose "Sample_Log_simulation_model_1" as name when running SIMOD (we should check if name is available then).
